On October 14 at 12:00pm AEDT, we released a new update to GameTraka.
Along with enhancing elements of the platform, this update was designed to align the most valued features and functionality with the various types of GameTraka users – giving you exactly what you need to analyse your performance data.
Please refer to the below which outlines the new subscription tiers.
As a coach who manages athletes, you can access the ‘Team’ subscriptions.
Note: new users or existing users that update their subscription will be subject to an athlete threshold, as outlined in GameTraka.
As an athlete, you can access the ‘Individual’ subscriptions.
As an existing user, what tier am I now subscribed to?
As an existing Premium Club user, you will continue on the “Team Platinum” tier. You can expect the same user experience you have access to now, for the same price. This means you have access to all of GameTraka’s features and you also have the power to manage an unlimited number of athletes across an unlimited number of teams.
As an existing Premium Team user, you will continue on the “Team Platinum” tier. You can expect the same user experience you have access to now, for the same price. This means that for the current team linked to your Premium subscription, you can use all of GameTraka’s features. If you have other teams on your account, they will continue to have access to the standard features.
As an existing non-Premium user, you will continue on the subscription tier to be known as ‘Team Gold’. This means you will have access to the majority of GameTraka’s most loved features. Also, as an existing non-Premium user, you will continue to have the ability to manage as many athletes as you need.
